Improving the knowledge and skills of entrepreneurs on remote business management tools using modern information technologies
The ongoing COVID-19 crisis is challenging all countries in unprecedented ways. While containing the pandemic and protecting people is a top priority, the restrictions imposed have had a significant negative impact on small and medium-sized businesses, which are the backbone of the economy. Disruptions to supply chains, forced job cuts, and unexpected costs have led to higher prices for final products. In the cycle of operational tasks, entrepreneurs from small and medium-sized businesses do not have sufficient resources to engage in technological innovation and thus effectively restructure the internal processes of business and team management in response to restrictive measures
